7 Harrington Street Chambers has a full time position available to work as a Post Room Clerk within a busy chambers.  Salary minimum wage based on 37.5 hours per week, 25 days holiday and a pension scheme are also offered.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

The successful candidate will be working within chambers as a Post Room Clerk, they will need to follow set procedures and provide support and assistance to all Department in a range of administration tasks. Full job description available upon request.

• Preparing, recording and sending outgoing post
• Daily deliveries to court to barristers with papers and messages
• Daily hand deliveries of outgoing post to local firms
• Acting as relief receptionist.
• Copying, scanning, binding and collating documents to assist all department clerks.

We are looking for someone who has had previous experience of working within a similar role, dealing with administration and customer service but this is not essential. Computer and communication skills are essential for this role.
