Chambers Congratulate Kate O’Donohue on her appointment as District Judge

Chambers are pleased to announce that Miss Kate O’Donohue has been appointed as a District Judge by the Lord Chief Justice.

Miss O’Donohue will sit as a District Judge on the Northern Circuit.

 

The King has appointed Katherine O’Donohue to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Northern Circuit, based at St Helens County Court and Family Court with effect from Tuesday 10 January 2023.

Background Information

Katherine O’Donohue will be known as District Judge O’Donohue, She was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 2006. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
