Equality & Diversity Data
In order to monitor and improve our equality and diversity policies, we have given all our members, both barristers and staff, the opportunity to anonymously volunteer equality and diversity by completing a questionnaire a copy of which can be found here.
Data Protection legislation prevents us from publishing data in any category where it may be possible to identify the respondents from the information that they have provided. Accordingly, where the number of respondents in any one group within a particular category is ten or less, we are unable to publish any data in that category.
Unfortunately, having collated the information provided, we are unable to publish the data under any of the above-mentioned categories. However, the information we have collated will be used as we continue to work towards providing equal opportunities to all our members.
This information is current as of 30th September 2022 and will be updated by no later than 30th September 2025.
