Civil
Acts for both Claimants and Defendants in a range of civil hearings, from interim applications to disposals and trials, in cases allocated to the small claims and fast track. Experience in dealing with credit hire claims and causation trials, and accepts instructions in drafting particulars of claim and advising on quantum and liability.
Crime
Appears in a variety of matters in the Magistrates Court, having acted both for the Defence and the Prosecution, in cases ranging from breach of bail hearings to trials and regulatory matters such as appeals against notices of abatement.
Family
Acts for Local Authorities in interlocutory and final hearings, and in that capacity deals with issues of timetabling, interim removal, urgent hearings and designation. Experienced in applications for non-molestation and occupation orders as well as having undertaken instructions in a number of private law children applications.
