    Mr Reynolds transferred to the bar in 2019, having previously practised as a solicitor.  Upon his admission in 2006 , Mr Reynolds specialised as a family lawyer in private practice, where he represented parents within both Private Law and Public Law proceedings.

    Mr Reynolds became a local in-house lawyer in 2012. In 2018, he was appointed Principal Childcare Solicitor at Tameside Council.
