Crime
Rebecca has particular experience of ancillary police prosecutions including sexual prevention orders, firearm revocations, football banning orders and cash detention and forfeiture applications. Her defence practice involves a wide variety of criminal cases ranging from public order offences, fraud, sexual and serious violent offences. She has also had success when representing applicants bringing actions against the police and has experience in prison adjudications and parole hearings.
Rebecca has appeared in the coroner’s court and has been regularly instructed to act as a legal advisor to Cleveland Constabulary during police disciplinary hearings.
