Financial remedy proceedings

Amy has represented clients at all stages of financial remedy proceedings in cases which include pensions, limited company assets (including those in liquidation), bankruptcy and POCA. She also has experience representing clients at enforcement hearings and applications for notice to show cause. 

Private law

Amy has experience representing parents and children within private law proceedings. This includes applications for prohibited steps orders, specific issue orders and relocation. Amy has experience representing clients in multi- day finding of fact hearings/ final hearings. 

Public law

Amy has previously represented parents within public law proceedings.

Injunctions

Amy regularly accepts instructions in cases concerning applications for a non-molestation order and/ or occupation orders. 

TOLATA

Amy has also previously advised cohabitants within TOLATA claims.
