Nicola has extensive experience in all areas of practice concerning the care and wellbeing of children. She has conducted cases in all tiers of the Family Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. Nicola accepts instructions to act on behalf of all parties, including local authorities, parents, intervenors and children (both with and without a Guardian acting). She has conducted both interim and final hearings dealing with complex issues such as inflicted injuries, gang violence, sexual abuse, neglect and domestic violence.
