Running to raise money for the British Heart Foundation

The team of runners at 7HS are aiming to raise money for the British Heart Foundation – because coronary heart disease affects everyone of us!
7HS Runners are a collection of barristers, clerks and friends dedicated to making a difference to the charities we support.
On the 12th October 2014 we will be donning our lycra and running the Wirral Half Marathon or the Wirral 10k all in the name of the amazing British Heart Foundation.
Coronary Heart Disease is the UK’s single biggest killer. This includes angina, heart attacks, heart failure and more.
Everyone of us have friends and loved ones who have at some point been affected by heart disease. Heart disease can affect both the old and the young.
The British Heart Foundation is fighting this. Money donated to them helps to fund hundreds of top scientists all over the UK, working on more than 1000 different research projects. This crucial work could and does save lives.
Every single penny could help to save a life. Please sponsor us if you can.
