Steven Ball appointed for S.36 cross- examination in the Crown Court
Steven Ball has been appointed by His Honour Judge Murray at Liverpool Crown Court to cross-examine at a trial concerning allegations of perverting the course of justice, perjury and fraud over a disputed family will. He will undertake this responsibility pursuant to section 36 Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 where the Defendants are representing themselves and where one of the witnesses is a family member.
