Tim Kenward of Chambers successfully represented Knowsley Council in defending an unfair dismissal and disability discrimination case brought by a social worker who was dismissed when she continued working in her part-time employment at a supermarket whilst signed off sick from her other part-time job as a social worker with the Council.
